The front desk staff need customer service training. They are rude and you have one female employee that I’m not sure her title but she acts if she owns the clinic and her behavior towards staff and patients is horrible!!!
They still can't get their damn computer portal to work or log people in. It is pathetic. Mark
Did not do anything for me, The doctor seemed like he was in a rush and never reviewed medication, side effects or such as stated on the discharge notes. The only good thing was front desk was very sweet and there was no wait.
Office staff and nurse were excellent. Chris was dismissive, rude and condescending. He seemed inconvienced by me being sick. He didn’t even do a full work up for my initial complaint but came up with some outlandish diagnosis that had nothing to do with why I was there. Won’t go back.
Nurse practitioner was excellent with Incredible knowledge. I wish you would go back to using nurses instead of medical assistants. I was given an injection and the person that gave it to me could barely say the name and couldn't tell me anything about what type of drug it was I had to take the shot and then find out from the doctor. If a nurse had been in that position he or she would have known what the drug was and could have informed me. Also it would have been given properly
Costumer service was very poor, make me wait for 1:45 min, the waiting room had just one costumer.
The first nurse that checked my blood pressure was not very friendly, felt unwelcome. But I love the place, front desk lady and the doctor was very friendly.
I have a fractured toe and could not get an excuse to be off from work, my excuse said don't use right foot for two weeks.
I went to get a wax removal on my right ear and Instead I ended up with an irritation in my ear by the nurse assistant on duty which caused me pain, and needed prescription drops. Maybe she was not trained enough to handle this situation.
