my upfront payment I had to pay when my insurance card I provided to the clerk clearly showed I had a hra account and no payment was required, my insurance company said I wasn't supposed to pay, and your office should have known that. but I was still access a payment

Efficient and personable. I was checked in promptly and was listened to, although my issue turned out to be minor. Definitely would go back.
I loved the Doctor that we saw but my only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I called the office yesterday and asked for the Doctor to call me back because my daughter was getting worse on Antibiotics, but no one ever called me yesterday.

I went to Fast Track on Easter Sunday. The staff was very professional. Fast and attentive. I was seen by Allison Ohlin PA-C. She was very thorough and attentive. Showed concern and put me at ease with her diagnosis. Called in my prescriptions and made sure I understood her instructions and told me not to hesitate to return should I not improve. Definitely recommend!
