After hours of waiting nurse practitioner had no medical knowledge and understanding of what is going on and keep leaving the room to talk to the Dr and finally she said that I have to go to the emergency room. I wasted hours of waiting and money for nothing! I don't recommend this place to anyone.
They took X-rays of my leg . But, nobody was there to read them. They put an extra large boot on my leg and I wear a small. They didn’t give me any direction on what to do. When I asked how long it would take Before I could walk or go back to work the medical assistant said it was up to my follow up dr and fast track would give me one day to do so. It ends up I broke my ankle !!! Fast track charged me 509$ for absolutely nothing ! They didn’t even wrap my leg in an ace bandage . Makes me sick they can call this health care... read more
Spent over an hour waiting to see a doctor-I was told at reception desk that there were only two patients ahead of me. When I left room prepared to leave without being seen, the doctor explained that he was unaware that I was waiting to be seen. Thanks for nothing!
i went on 5/16/18 because a have a gaut attack in my right food ,I have an injection that relieve my pain for a little while ,then a got a prescription for the inflammation but I'm still on pain and it's been 5 days taking the medication.
I felt like S___ when I arrived however I was seen within a few minutes tests were done and was told tests were negative. I was given instructions for care and I wasn't sure if I was properly diagnosed? Usually you go get mess and get better. This was a different experience. I left feeling like s___. The rest of the story is the advise was spot on the next day the fever left and the chills subsided and now I'm A-systematic, Fast Tract, I'll be back!
The front desk lady & the lady whom took the vitals was very nice. The ARPN not so much. He was a total jerk. I feel like he didn’t listen to what I was saying AND THEN when I was telling him about myself I heard him in the hallway basically mocking me. I would NEVER go back here and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t care if they live acrossed the street. Don’t waste your time. I was misdiagnosed for flu. I had to go back to the clinic and speak to the ARNP. He retreated atno charge. Worst experience ever. Not only will I not go to this clinic again, I will share my experience with others in the community via social media. Please have somebody reach out to me to discuss this matter or I will be forced to share this over social media.
It took me more than one hour to see the D although I have an appointment!!
Terrible. Doctor didn't care about my concerns. Felt like since I was in there to get checked for an auto accident, he just thought I was there so it would help with a lawsuit. Which, There isn't one. I was there because I was in pain and concerned.
