I was feeling awful last night and being able to make an appointment instead of sitting in a busy waiting room for an hour made a huge difference. I will definitely go there the next time I am not feeling well.
Why you let people make appointments online is beyond me because I did and they took everyone in the order they came in so I waited over an hour to be seen. Secondly, after I was seen I paid my co-pay and proceeded to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they never got it. Fax or electronic. I tried to call from the pharmacy to Fast track to let them know so I could get it and all I got was a recording that said I couldnt leave a message because the mailbox was full and it hung up. They made me feel like I went there for no reason. I guess I should have just went to a primary dr. My fault.
The doctor was wonderful! However the wait time left something to be desired... 1.5 hrs before I saw doctor.
At 4:20am I woke to the news that my son was in a car accident. I was told in the ER that I could take him to an urgent care to get his stitches removed. A week later, I was sick and took a day off work to rest and take my son in to have his stitches removed. It was late in the day when we arrived and learned that they don't bill for auto injuries. Wanted to give you five stats
Good clinic for non emergency treatment.
I am often here when I have a migraine that my daily medicine does not prevent or my pain pills do not work so I can get shots. I usually only come if I absolutely have to, and at that point usually have had a migraine for at least 3 days before I take even more time off from work to come. So I truly am at the point where it is urgent that I get some relief. I always, always have support from the team here and love everyone who works here. Staff is friendly, sadly went late afternoon for an ear infection and was rx drops which didn't help but made my situation worst. Next day after using drops my ear canal was completely closed and when trying to contact the physician who saw me they recommended to come in again, which meant paying another $75x nothing was given for the pain after advising motrin was not doing anything.
