It was obviously a financial decision on your part and that is fine. However, your clients should not be standing at the front desk in front of the entire waiting room with a line growing behind them discussing finances. I will seek my future urgent care needs elsewhere. I have other options.
My care was fantastic. The problem I had with my visit and the reason I will not be back is solely because of the recent policy of having a credit card on file that you insist on charging if my deductible does not appear to be fulfilled.
Had a good experience initially at the original visit. But when I had an allergic reaction to the medication prescribed and called the office, was told they would call me back. 4 hours later still no call. I called the office before 8PM and got a recording saying all customer representatives are busy No one ever came on the line and after waiting about ten minutes I then got a recording saying they are closed! Very dissatisfied!
Facility is great and everyone is nice. They misdiagnosed me and didn’t do a flu test because they were out. I called back next morning at told them everything that had changed and updated them on my status. They told me they still didn’t think I had the flu and I would have to pay the deductible again to get tested because the provider still thinks it’s just a cold. I promptly went to another facility and was tested 100% H1N1 and was able to get my wife and child on their way to being protected.
The antibiotics did not work and when I called to explain this was prescribed over the counter allergy medication. I’m still in pain do to an ear infection.
Your dr misdiagnosed me big time. I went in with my ears hurting and a sinus infection. He said I had an outer ear infection and gave me drops and nothing for my sinus infection. 3 days later my symptoms worsened a lot. Went and saw a real dr and said I never had an outer ear infection I have a blood clot in my ear!!! Worst dr ever. They had to treat aggressively with a shot and several Strong meds. I missed a week of work and I could have been back in two days if not misdiagnosed. The dr I saw needs to go back to school.
