I wasn't able to get xrays done because I was told that my pain was too severe to handle there. I am on pain management for cronic pain so I was told to go to an emergency care center instead. I was told that the emergency care would want to get xrays so this way I wouldn't be exposed to radiation twice! The staff was very kind and I was seen immediately. Apparently there was nothing they could do for me.

I love this place because it is so clean and only a mile away from my home. Unfortunately, I had a 2 hour wait on my last visit because everyone decided to go in at the same time. I usually dont have to wait so long to be seen, but I will still continue going there and will refer family and friends.

I came in to address my plantar fascitis. I had it before many years ago and recognized its recurrence. I was unable to walk without crutches. I asked for medication (a shot) to be put in my foot--per the usual treatment (as I have read and experienced in the past for me as well as for others). I was informed by the physician on duty that she did not give such shots and would recommend that I do some exercises and see a podiatrist. I WAS IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN AND COULD NOT WALK UNAIDED. I was an out of town visitor with a minor emergency. I figured my whole day would be gone by the time I left. I was very wrong! After entering the amazingly clean and fresh clinic, I was greeted by the very friendly and helpful reception staff, who asked for my ID and gave me paperwork to fill out (which took less than five minutes). My experience with the visit was good. The physician assistance that so me was very professional and knowledgeable. When I was waiting in the reception area I was surprise to hear my personal information communicated with my insurance company out load where everyone in the lobby area could hear. My personal information such as my name; insurance policy number; even my symptoms; etc., The lady conducted the verification over the phone in an area where everyone could hear her. My Worker Comp. carrier faxed a authorization to commit coverage. My complaint is that no one was aware in you Urgent Care office. I had to make 4 phone calls to guarantee coverage. Fact is; it took too long and I had to make calls and wait for your Admission person to search it out. I would have thought the fax stating a referral was coming, should have triggered a print out and file started!

Came in for a pre employment drug screen. They had no idea how to handle the billing even though there was supporting paperwork with my test kit explaining what to do. After I tried to explain, I had to call my potential employer and have them explain how to do it. Finally after that I was told it was good to go and to wait for the collection process. Which I am now doing as I have watched 3 people who came in after me for other issues be called back. If you need a drug screen and can pick your location, go elsewhere.

Its clean in the office. Very little wait time. They have the equipment and staff to do an array of tests. I got a ekg, chest xray and asthma treatment while there. I believe other walk ins would have taken my money and referred me to the hospital.
