doctor amazing, she explained easy understandable procedure but the nurse that was a guy kind of rough. He knows what has to do was tough.

Had to make a visit to Fast-Track on the 4th of July. Couldn’t make an appointment with my primary care until after the holiday. Showed up in time for my appointment and was seen with 5 minutes. Checked my symptoms did some tests and found a pharmacy that was open. Have now had two of the antibiotics and am feeling much better. Also just had a call from the primary care office about scheduling an appointment, but told them Fast-Track had already taken care of me. Many thanks.
I came in with results from another location showing I had a UTI asking for a prescription. Provided a sample to be told I did not have an infection. They did finally provide a prescription but reluctantly. They they called the next week to state that I did have an infection but the prescription should help. I am not a medication seeking individual and even if I was you can not get high on that type of medication. They made me feel as if I was a person trying to get something for the wrong reasons. The Dr. or Drs asst. did not spend enough time trouble shooting my symptoms. I felt that I was diagnosing myself and she was just willing to push every medication for each issue, instead of getting to the root of the problem. It seemed very rushed, and a waste of money. I don’t have insurance so urgent cares are unfortunately where I have to seek help. I am still suffering from something I mentioned because she never took time to check if those issues could’ve been something entirely different.
I went in for a hand injury. The Dr numb my hand and cleaned it, then said I need to go to the ER.. on the way to the ER, my wife read over the paperwork. Your dr stated he did test on me and checked thing on me that he NEVER did. My wife is an ICU nurse. She thought it was very unprofessional to falsify documents. I got to the ER and talked with the hand DR. He did not understand why I was sent to the ER. He cleaned it again and sent me home. I will go elsewhere next time.
Nurses were rude. Dr dismissed my concerns. Ended up going to hospital the next day! Quick service and clean facility.
I am always better off when I go here they are mush better then going to the ER if they can’t take care of whatever they will send you there thank you for you kind ways 👍
