I went in for stomach pain, the doctor was good, I liked Chris, but he didn't give me any advice such as foods to eat and not eat, drinks... The main problem was with the assistant, she gave me a kit for a stool sample to take to Quest to check for an Ulcer, but she didn't tell me it had to be frozen. When I got to Quest, they also told me the assistant had written down I was getting blood work. I had to go through the process of getting another sample and take more time off work to deliver it. I booked my appointment online, for 10:15 - I arrived earlier at 10:10.. filled out paperwork and was ready and finished at 10:15 I had to wait for almost a full hour before I was seen. Once I was seen my male nurse that saw me was not welcoming or asking about why I was there - he just took my vitals and walked away- didn’t tell me to follow him and then they brought another patient in the room with me and said I was not supposed to be in that room- my nurse never told me that I was switching rooms or to follow him, so tha... read more
The doctor was a straight up asshole no manners was very sarcastic and didn't seem to care about my issue

They did not rush through coming up with a diagnosis. They gathered the symptoms I was experiencing and then recommended an X ray to severity. An array of medications were required, which they called into my pharmacy. The wait time was surprisingly short.
Do to my condition(s) and upper chest pressure and pain, as well as a possible urinary track infection, the doctor did take a sample of urine but did not draw blood. According to Cardiologists, drawing blood and having it analyzed will tell more about the problems the person is having, even if it is multiple problems. This doctor did NOT draw blood. Felt like a waste of time. I’ve had a terrible cough for some time and went to Fast Track, as nothing else was open at the time. The staff was, for the most part, friendly, but very unhelpful. A nurse took my vitals and the doctor diagnosed me with “a cold” before he even entered the room. The problem ended up being much more than a cold. Could be useful for simple treatments, but I felt as if I wasn’t taken seriously.
My experience was horrible. The nurse practitioner Heather Greer was extremely rude and condescending. She did not seem interested in treating me for my injury because I did not know a specific instance where I was injured and gave her two possible scenarios. She was very dismissive. Said I had an “enigma” and would never know what happened bc I didn’t have a specific accident that caused the swelling and bruising in my foot. Everything was great except for one of the front desk staff. Very unfriendly. Instead of greeting me upon arrival to the desk she just looked at me, So I had to greet her. Very uninviting and unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering her for bringing my child in to be seen.
