no visible doctor on sight , no desire to operate as a primary care provider.thirty day limit on non pain related medicine .
Felt rushed out without a thorough examination of provider. Also, there was no walking support measures recommended ( foot boot, splint, or compression etc...)i was told my xrays would be reviewed by radiology by next morning with a notification of results. I never recieved my dx. I will be seeking a 2nd opinion. Thanks
Me and my wife went to the urgent care center a day apart. Both had the same symptoms and her doctor and mine was the same. She was a little worse than me and so she got a stronger antibiotic and a round of steroids. I was given clavamox and a nasal spray. I called back seven days later to let them know I was getting worse and could they write a new script. They said that I waited to long to call in and I would need to be seen again. The nurse practitioner was very nice but the lady at the counter was rude and so was the male nurse who started me off. Not friendly at all and they both had an attitude problem.
Took quite a bit to get seen and when I filled out the form for the pharmacy of preference they sent the prescription to a totally different pharmacy that didn't even have the full prescription. So I had to travel to two other pharmacies to get one prescription filled.
Long wait, too much copayment and was given wrong medication. I know my body and system.
Got in pretty quickly but the doctor was very condescending and rude. Probably won’t go to this location again.
It was obviously a financial decision on your part and that is fine. However, your clients should not be standing at the front desk in front of the entire waiting room with a line growing behind them discussing finances. I will seek my future urgent care needs elsewhere. I have other options.
My care was fantastic. The problem I had with my visit and the reason I will not be back is solely because of the recent policy of having a credit card on file that you insist on charging if my deductible does not appear to be fulfilled.
