I am often here when I have a migraine that my daily medicine does not prevent or my pain pills do not work so I can get shots. I usually only come if I absolutely have to, and at that point usually have had a migraine for at least 3 days before I take even more time off from work to come. Staff is friendly, sadly went late afternoon for an ear infection and was rx drops which didn't help but made my situation worst. Next day after using drops my ear canal was completely closed and when trying to contact the physician who saw me they recommended to come in again, which meant paying another $75x nothing was given for the pain after advising motrin was not doing anything. I was met at the front desk by a receptionist. She half smiled, but was courteous and asked me to fill out the paperwork. Then, the back MA called another person that came in after me and the front receptionist had to correct her to take me back first. Once in the exam room, the physician came in and assessed my condition. She was pleasant, thorough and prescribed the necessary medication to take care of my issue. They call me real fast and the Doctor give me a good explanation about my illness.
At first, I was "side-eyed" by reception because I think my question was misunderstood...and left the instant impression that I did not have health insurance. My visit was through an insurance claim from a car accident. So, when he asked for my insurance card I questioned it. Then, I explained my situation and his demeanor changed. Hate to be that pt needing care and they dont hv insurance...kind of sad. Aside from that, the DR was thorough and professional. My check out experience was pleasant, too.
I was feeling really bad and they assured me that they would take care of me gave me some antibiotics all the workers were wonderful.
My only challenge is: my primary was too busy to see me on Monday - I pay alot of money towards insurance each paycheck and so to pay over 100 dollars yesterday just to be seen day of versus waiting to Wednesday - is frustrating. I must have "Crap Care" for health insurance.
Had an appointment for 12pm arrived at 11:20am no one in waiting room and still wasn’t seen until after 12pm. Walkins came in after me and were seen before me even though I arrived 40 mins before my appointment today me
Waiting time too long for an set appointment. More than 0:30 minutes to be called.
