Was not correctly diagnosed or treated. I was diagnosed by another physician the next day with pneumonia.
1. Unable to do labs in house, which resulted in a 24 hour wait. 2. Slow to respond the next day with lab results.
CHECKIN policy typically slow with onerous paperwork. Completely repetitive with every other doctor.
Literally the worst customer service ever. I went into the urgent care with a friend who had excrutiating abdominal pain (we were sure it was apendicitis). The lady at the front desk did not permit the doctor to see him when it was his turn in line since she said “his insurance never contacted them and did not sent them a fax”, which was completely false. 8 weeks in a treatment that did not solve my problem. Every time i return for a consultation i cannot talk with the same doctor due to doctor's not consistently work in one location (rotation) which requires me to describe the whole issue over and over and over again. Last visit a different doctor prescribed a different medicine than the previous doctors were prescribing to me; this medicine is in back order with all potential suppliers until March next year....how do i solve my issue? I had to wait about 2 1/2 hrs before I was seen I did call an hour prior to schedule the appointment, they said in that way I can be seen faster
I got there with severe pain in my lower right abdomen knowing I had apendicitis and the lady at the counter refused to attend me when I told her my insurance had already talked to them to set up my appointment. She said my insurance had not called nor faxed anything when they had already and made me wait for an hour and a half while I was still in pain just to tell me that they had faxed everything since I got there. It’s convenient when you need to see a doctor after hours. I waited about an hour and a half total — there aren’t enough doctors to see all of the patients when it’s cold and flu season. My scripts were called into the wrong pharmacy. I double checked and had them change the pharmacy before I left — so, I don’t know why they had me fill out my pharmacy if they were going to put in the wrong one and then argue with me about it like I didn’t know what I had written on a sheet of paper an hour earlier.
