I was told I did not have strep and treated for the flu without getting a flu test. Went to my primary doctor the next day and was tested from the flu and strep. I had strep and not the flu. Nothing they did helped. Waste of money.
Came in and didn't have to wait long to see the doctor.. He looked at me , prescribed medication and I went on my way.
As a 69 year old man I was suffering from a bad cough for the past 2 weeks. On Friday December 28, 2018 I entered the Fast Track Clinic in Riverview on US 301 and Symmes Rd. around 8:30 AM. expecting a lengthy visit. To my surprise just as I entered I was greeted by a smiling polite young lady at reception desk She informed me what forms must be completed. Went because I was experiencing some cold/flulike symptoms. Told the doctor I had Crohn's Disease. He was very dismissive of everything I had to say. He gave me a prescriptio. For some cough syrup. When I got home and looked at the ingredients I found I cannot have this medicine because one of the ingredients reacts with my Crohn's. I called back and they said the doctor would get back to me about a substitute prescription. I have called back every day since and haven't gotten it fixed or heard from anyone. Everyone was so professional, friendly and caring.ifelt comfortable in their care. Dr.Ohlin was great and diagnosed the problem immediately. The prescription was right on and has been successful in the treatment.i"m finally progressing to whole foods. I would highlyrecommend this group. Thank them for me, please. Sorry so late with this.
I came in with a bad eye infection. Due to holidays my eye doctor was closed hence why i had to go to urgent care. The PA gave me medicine that is only given to children under 7 years of age. As a result my eye kept getting worse. Luckily i was able to see my eye doctor today who gave me appropriate treatment plan. Basically i wasted my money and my time. If the PA was knowledgable enough should have never given me this type of eye ointment that only works on children. Highly disapointed.

Had appt at 12 was there over 3 hours and they gave me a printed script they couldn’t call in the medications. Healthcare is more updated than this urgent Care. Urgent is not in there vocabulary. The NP was nice but she treated me for the flu even through my test came back negative.
I'm as sick as I was going in.diagnosis MOST LIKELY viral.not sure but can't give me antibiotics? Heart racing, sends me home with motrin.Really? BAYCARE would have covered all bases.I'm having to go see a doctor again today.
