No follow up Not informative No real expertise on dr part I had a wart and had to goto a podiatrist after my visit to urgent care because they couldn’t figure out what it was.
Everyone and experience was great yesterday. Would highly recommend coming to this location. Today I was to get a phone call about your staff scheduling me for a CT scan and I have made 2 phone calls and still not scheduled. A PA just called to explain situation and see if they can schedule me for an ultrasound instead. Told me I could eat bland foods as I have had nothing but liquids for over 24 hours. Waiting to see if we can get that test done today. I hope so
I was very disappointed . Firstable their prices are higher than every other urgent clinic in this area secondly I doubt of the skill or training of some staff members as the person who walked in the room first didn’t identify himself and had no name or profession tag on his scrubs also performance wise was barely trying to do some vital checks . I made an appointment but still waited close to an hour to be seen. I am not a fan of their policy of requiring a credit card on file. I did not receive a statement or bill checking out letting me know how much my visit was going to be just that they would charge my credit card in a few weeks. I will not be back.
Been a patient for several years as my primary care. bed side manner of the new PA was horrible, will never return - Stay Away.
Terrible experience .i went in with a bad cold and sinis infection and honestly felt like anything I said was disregarded by the doctor . I only got some kind of cough syrup that has not helped or working I received no antibiotics and I’m still extremely ill. I would of liked for a better doctor who actually would of Listened to the patient and cared. A waste of my time and money and now I have to go to the ER.
Walked in with a sinus infection, walked out with an antibiotic prescription and some other ideas of things to do to help.
The practitioner spent literally seconds with me. As I was trying to ask her a question she was running out the door. Did not run any tests. The next day I had to go to the ER and was diagnosed with the flu and pneumonia. I feel like I should file an complaint with my insurance company because no one should have to pay for that visit.
