From start to finish the experience was horrible just sad because we have been there previously over the years and had great service it all started information that was on my son's account and no one could explain to me as to how it got in there. In addition to that requiring to keep someone's financial information credit card or otherwise on file in this day and age and not being able to guarantee security is unacceptable. Add to that not a doctor on staff but instead Physician's assistants
Long wait, unprofessional service
Iwa sick, went to Fast Track, got treated and got better.
The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic that I was allergic to and stated several times that I was allergic to.
I had an infection in my foot and upon examination the health care provider provided a prescription.
Had a bad cold, took about 15 minutes after I arrived to be seen by doctor. In and out, got Rx for cold, life is good.!
The facility was difficult to get into because the only ramp was several stores away in the strip shopping center. The staff made no effort to help when we went to the door that used to be the entrance. Then the exam table was too high for an elderly person with mobility issues. We had to leave and go to Trinity ER right down the road. I was transferred to the hospital by ambulance and admitted to the ICU for heart block 2. arrived around 10am..sign in, fillout paperwork, etc. did not get called til 1130. did not seem that crowded either. looks like Urgent Care is not that urgent. did not know there was an online appointment setter feature, will use this next visit.
Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. PA wrote a script for me, I filled & started on meds right away.
