Made an appointment for 1pm (I even arrived at Fast Track by 12:30pm) and still did not get in to be seen until after 3pm. The patients that were being called back had come in the building after I arrived and some did not even look that sick. Their triage should be reevaluated.
unfortunately, my overall patient experience and the quality of medical care i received is negative. the employees were nice but their medical procedures were less than expected. i had a basic cat bit wound from my own cat. they did not clean the wound, nor did they have any antibiotic cream to put on it , so other than a generic band aid that was all that was offered along with a Tetanus shot. i suggested that they prescribe me an alternative antibiotic RX based on my healing from previous cat bites. i was ... read more
Good advice from nurse practitioner who sent me to an ER.
I don’t agree w giving my cc and waiting for them to charge on it when they find out how much the Ins pays. They know what the deductible/copay is. They should take it up front. And no one w an apt should wait an hour or more to be seen. Apts should come before walk ins.
Receptionist was nice but extremely slow! The person who did the triage was very abrupt and lacked any type of compassion. The PA was also very rote and lacked personality. I had to make suggestions to him and he couldn’t get done fast enough! Definitely need some customer service training! Health care requires compassion and understanding. At least that’s how I was trained in nursing.
Was not a good experience. Took too long and I signed up for fast track. Basically was there for 3 hours and all I needed was a prescription for the flu. Will NEVER come back
Arrived at the office with a severe fever and very sick. I was unable to fill out the needed paperwork so I was assisted by the employees at the counter. No sooner did I set down as I was called back and testing began.
I went in for a bad sinus infection. The nurse and the PA were very through with everything they did. I ended up having a very high heart rate, they were extremely concerned and are setting me up with another doctor. Very efficient
I had a severe sinus and ear infection the pain was off the chart, I saw a nurse who was very kind however the medicine she prescribed for me did absolutely nothing, I finally had to go to South Bay Emergency to get proper treatment.
