The wait was tremendously long! They should change their name.
2 hours is not urgent due to you only having 1 tech working- front desk staff very unprofessional. Credit card on file so you don't know how much you are being charged for 4-6 weeks- that is just great
30-40 minute wait time- hour and a half later I ask when I might be seen and was told sorry we only have one tech working. If they would have said that upon arrival I would have made a decision to go elsewhere that was actually urgent
came in very sick was told I have the flu and since I didn't come in withing the first 48 hours was NOT prescribed any medication.
I was very sick, was first in line when they opened, they got me in and out quickly.
It took very long to be seen at the initial visit. My son needed X-Rays, and we were eventually seen by a ARNP who agreed. The x-rays were taken, but the ARNP was unable to read them to determine if there was a break He stated that there are a lot of small bones in the ankle and it can sometimes be hard to read. He stated that he would need to send them to a radiologist to read, but he didn't think there was a break.. The Dr and PA’s were great. The follow up from the front desk not so much. The Dr., wanted us to follow up with a specialist and the front desk said they would call us the same day to set this up. We never received a call and when I called the next day I was placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes. I hung up called back and got someone who said she couldn’t help and to call someone else. I called that number and kept getting voicemail. Long story short, I finally found a specialist on my own and never did hear from them.
We took our son in due to belly button pains and him being unable to walk or bend over. The nurse practitioner who saw him just pushed on his stomach and barely took the time to look at his belly button. She said it was nothing to be worried about probably just a little muscle strain. Today we ended up in the ER because he was BLEEDING and had a lump over the belly button!! So no we are not happy and in fact furious!
