Doctors diagnosis didn’t match the RX given. Talked down to me when I asked a few questions and didn’t seem to care.
I was taken right away by the front desk. They were having computer issues and stated they needed to put my credit card on file because they couldn't confirm my insurance. I offered to call them but they they said no. A lot of staff around talking to each other made me feel uncomfortable. I was diagnosed correctly and picked up two medications after I bought them home and took one of each I was called that I was given one in error and should through it away. Slow poor service
Request prescription be sent to MacDill AFB... it was late afternoon so this morning my husband called to be sure the prescription had been sent.... after a 30 minute drive it was not there....This was my third time using the facility and also my last..
Would love to. Have been waiting for almost 24 hours for my call back from Director Dr. Frommann who spoke directly to Sandra at customer service about all that went wrong and told her to tell me to give whole story and that she would call me. Ifound out today that there is another Director, Paul Nanda and really would like to receive my call.
Your PA would not listen to me & I almost ended up in the hospital on IV antibiotics because he wouldn’t listen to me. I was in bed incapacitated for 3 weeks and ended up on the steroids I told him about and the illness progressed to the point I was on the strongest oral antibiotics available for 3 weeks. I was terribly sick & had been for a couple of weeks. I couldn’t talk, breathe & actually printed out a list of my symptoms & my medical info. I bought a friend to advocate for me. I was seen by a PA. Several people in my family had the same condition.I told the PA how they were treated & cured. He refused to listen to me. Wait time was insane , taking others when we arrived hours before them because they had fast passes, what is this bush gardens?? You need to inform your patients of this and of potential wait times. Having a very ill child waiting 2 hours is unacceptable !!!!!!! Never will I come back.
Gentleman at front desk had a snobbish and arrogant attitude and facility did not seem equipped to handle pediatric patients. Medical professional that saw my son was completely unhelpful. I will never make the mistake of going there again.
