I requested an appointment with a male doctor and I was informed that I needed to go south Tampa location to be able to have an appointment which I did. After waiting for one hour over my scheduled appointment time I was called in. For my surprise there was no male doctor for my appointment due to the fact the doctor had called off early in the day. you charged me 95$ when right on my card it says $35 for urgent care. I went to another urgent care in the same week and they charged me what it says on my card with no question.When I went to discuss the over charge they just gave me the phone number of their billing department. I work 9-5. It is very hard to call them. Very disappointment and You charged me $75 to a shot. I don't think that is correct either. I have NEVER paid so much for health care.
Gave me a diagnosis quickly and called to follow up if the medicine was working.
I was seen very quickly , I saw Elizabeth Tavernarii and was given AMOXCLAV875 and a nose spray...I was soooooooo sick, the medicine made me feel like a new person within 24 hours. It was great to feel good again, I had been sick for a week.Yes I would recommend Fast Track Urgent care to anyone. I have been there probably 20 times or more over the years.
On top of situation
The lady practitioner said there was nothing wrong with me. I’m 74 years old and I happened to know if I’m sick or not she gave me no anabiotic‘s anyway I came back to Virginia to see my ENT he said I have a very nasty sinus infection I’m on 14 days The Levaquin and seven days a prednisones and my voice still isn’t back back. After 5 days of feeling sick I went to see a medical practitioner. I was pretty sure from past experiences over my 68 years that I had a sinus infection and bronchitis. The Nurse Practicioner told me to drink hot tea with lemon and honey and take Mucinex. I had already been taking cold pills and cough syrup without relief. She said it was a virus and I would feel better in about 13 days. It’s now 24 hours later and I have a fever and feel worse today. Pushed wrong star thought it was the best
This was an awful experience. The only decent part was the office staff was pleasant and so was the nurse. The NP I saw I found condescending. I came in for lower back back and nausea from the past 2 weeks. She spent the first 15 minutes talking about a pre existing condition I had written on my form (seizures) and told me I should get BRAIN SURGERY, which I've seen my neurologist for 12 years.
