My mom brought me because I wasn't feeling well. I had a sore throat and a headache and some chest congestion. I literally had the worst experience at the fast track clinic today. The practitioner spend around 60 seconds with me and was running out of the room as I was trying to ask a question. I am concerned that I have the flu and she didn't even provide a flu test.
Went there two days ago and the doctor said I didnt have a fever and that my ears were a little red most likely due to pressure but I went to the doctors again today since my symptoms got worse and now I have a double ear infection and tonsillitis.
A Fast Track patient since moving to Tampa Bayshore area in 2015, couldn't be more pleased with results of recent visit to their Riverview location. Drove past many closer Urgent Care locations to use service that had all my health records. Sign in was fast and treatment spot on. The cold and bronchial symptoms were treated with a protocol of medicines and after a few days the symptoms are nearly gone. Thank you!!
Wrongly diagnosed
It's important to have vital signs recorded correctly; I was surprised to have Respirations listed as 18 when actually 24, O2 saturation written as 94, when it never went higher than 89% (that's why I was there, dyspnea despite nebulizer/ABT)....not very trustworthy 🤨
Stop taking credit cards before the dr visit is completed.
One recommendation is to provide a cost estimate . I was never informed what the cost was. I handed my credit card over and was told that they would submit the bill to the insurance and the remaining cost? Would be charged to my card.
I had a 9;00 appointment. It took approx 20 minutes to verify my identity, look me up, check my insurance and finish the forms. I sat down and within 10 minutes I was called back. The ARNP was thorough, pleasant and I left very satisfied.
