Regrettably, it appears to have been a misdiagnosis on 31 Jan 18 as I was in such pain I had to return to my primary care physician at my home (out of state of FLA.) and a ruptured ear drum was discovered. This clinic appear to have not actually seen the ear drum as my physician found the ear canal obstructed by wax, and q-tip cotton and the ointment this clinic issued.
The nurse and PA were very nice and attentive and the service was very quick. However, I was concerned about my wound a couple days after and spoke to a woman at the front desk. My wound was getting worse, despite the antibiotics, so I wanted to speak with someone about next steps. She told me in a condescending tone that the notes said to take the antibiotics for 5 days and THEN if it's still bad to call. Didn’t take long to be seen. Didn’t test for flu, but determined from symptoms and the fact that spouse had flu, that I had it too. Meds were called in to pharmacy. Seem to be working well as I am feeling much better in 2 1/2 days.
Always use Fast Track instead of waiting to get into PCP office!! If I'm sick today, then I just get in my car, go to FT, and then go to Pharmacy and pick up my meds!! Done!!
Called back to say that the pain reliever wasnt working. They said that was all that they could do and that if I was in pain to go to the ER and get a injection! I spoke to 2 other doctors and told them what was given to me, they were not surprised that it hadnt worked. I've lived within a mile of this office have taken my entire family there off and on for over the past 10years. Consider this my last time

You over charge people with no insurance and then try to nickel and dime them I’m a diabetic I have a testing supply kit in my however I got charged $16 to prick my finger No one diagnosed properly Waste of time and money
dr.paul was great.to the point.in and out in no tjme.thank you
They misdiagnosed my strep throat and caused me to end up in the ER
