Complained about a sore throat but the nurse practioner did not even look at my throat.. Got a prescription for some nasal spray . Should have also got one for some cough medicine.
It was an awful experience!! I was in the exam room in awful pain waiting to no avail. I came out of the room twice and the doctor was talking to somebody and completely ignored me and went back in the room and waited and waited and finally came back out and the girl at the front said he’s back there talking to somebody I cannot interrupt him and she was a pleasure so it isn’t her fault but I finally left the practice after telling them that I was in severe pain and didn’t appreciate them just leaving me waiting. The black lady at the front desk was rude as ever. Refused to wait on me and my daughter or even speak to us.
Very unprofessional! Received a wrong diagnosis , I waited 3 and a half hours for only being seen for a total of 36 seconds. I informed the doctor of my multiple symptoms and she only was concerned about one of them, which was a sort throat. She said she'll test me for the flu and strep throat. And it came back negative , but she gave me prescription so I can get medication for it, even though I don't have it. There was no conversation with me about the pharmacy of my choice, by the front staff . My prescription was sent to a pharmacy I seldom use
The office staff and nurse were great. The doctor clearly didn’t want to work and made little effort to do anything. He referred me to another doctor without doing a thing. Well, he did one thing — got paid by my insurance. I will NEVER go back here.
I visited Fast Track on Monday and was tested for flu and strep. I was told I was negative for both and was sent home with what looked like cough medicine. At 0400 the next morning I was rushed to the ER with a 103 degree temperature and aches and pains like I had never felt before. The hospital wanted to run a flu test but I told them I had one the day before and it had come out negative. Luckily they ran one again. This time it came back positive for flu A. Came in sick with a sinus infection only to have had a hard time breathing due to the strong smell of an automatic air atomizer. Had to use a mask to help me get through my exam. Many people are sensitive to products like these so I am surprised they are used in a Dr Office. I will not be coming back. Also surprised there were no hand sanitizes out in the waiting room like most Dr Offices have these days. Asked to use the one behind the desk but that had a strong scent to me as well.
