The PA and the medical staffs were excellent! . The reason I gave 1 star is because when I called the office right after my visit to speak to the PA about the medication she prescribed me, whoever answered the phone at the front desk was really rude!! She gave me attitude when I asked to speak to the PA and hung up on me before I even finished talking. Also I waited the whole day for the PA to call me back and no call. Love convenience and service but the new billing process leaves you waiting a month to make sure you were billed correctly! Not a fan!
Staff work tooooo slow I was there for school physical since 12:30 until 4:10
I went in for flu like symptoms they tested me and came back negative. The next day I was so sick I went to the ER and I tested positive
I was billed for something that I should’ve not been billed for, & now won’t be given a refund.
My experience was well. The doctor knew exactly what I had just based on my descriptions of symptoms. The front desk staff was rude ( African American girl with long nappy ponytail) seemed to get irritated when I repeatedly had to ask what she said because she kept speaking with her hand covering her mouth.

I was able to make a same day appointment, get tested for the flu, and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy all with an hour.
I had an appt. and I got there early for my appt.... people were called back who got there after me (with no appt). I got called back 10 mins after my appt time.. then waiting in the room for an hour to be seen by the doctor.
