I came in to follow up on a previous visit in regards to a leg infection. The first visit was very pleasant. I saw an ARNP who was very attentive and caring. Even before I left, she had the nurse wrap my leg. I came in the second time since I was unable to get an appointment with my primary before I was leaving on a trip. The provider and nurse and office staff were fine. However, the wait to see anyone was almost an hour and the room I was in for most of my visit was extremely cold. I couldn't stop physically shivering when I left. The provider, Arron (sp?) did call shortly after I got home to make sure I was okay because I was shivering so much when I left the office.
Literally saw the provider less than 5 mins. Did not get chance to explain my full symptoms....75$ later walked out addressing nothing. Very disappointed with overall experience... will not be back!
Health Care provider should have questioned about abnormal liver or kidney function secondary to years of arthritis medications prior to prescribing medrol dose pack. Records provided from USF. I booked the appointment on line but it did not come through as confirmed until 3 hours after my appointment, Health care provider makes pts feel comfortable.
The nurse practitioner mark sherberg was terrible he doesn’t listen he’s very condescending and I don’t trust this company now based on my experience with him

Empty parking lot, no one is waiting room, 2 snarky young girls who wasted time talking about their relationships instead of entering my information into the system causing me to wait a very long time while having to listen to their trite conversation. Your office seems more concerned with getting paid , spent more time giving credit card and initialing that I will pay, then The time spent trying to help me.
