Literally saw the provider less than 5 mins. Did not get chance to explain my full symptoms....75$ later walked out addressing nothing. Very disappointed with overall experience... will not be back!
Health Care provider should have questioned about abnormal liver or kidney function secondary to years of arthritis medications prior to prescribing medrol dose pack. Records provided from USF. I booked the appointment on line but it did not come through as confirmed until 3 hours after my appointment, Health care provider makes pts feel comfortable.
The nurse practitioner mark sherberg was terrible he doesn’t listen he’s very condescending and I don’t trust this company now based on my experience with him

Empty parking lot, no one is waiting room, 2 snarky young girls who wasted time talking about their relationships instead of entering my information into the system causing me to wait a very long time while having to listen to their trite conversation. Your office seems more concerned with getting paid , spent more time giving credit card and initialing that I will pay, then The time spent trying to help me. I will be more than happy to contact corporate about my terrible experience with the physician/ PA im not even sure what she is. Aside from that all the other staff was wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. The woman that supposedly examined me should really find a new profession! Still feeling really sick by the way.
This place use to be a good place to go and get in and out quickly.. especially when you're not feeling well...now that they changed owners. It takes way too long to see a doctor.. especially at an urgent care clinic... not happy at all!!! Will not be returning to this place...
