Front desk employee was very unprofessional. No eye contact, no manners. When I walked in with my sick child she never turned to look at the pair of us. No greeting. The first thing she said was get your license, insurance card, and debit card. No please or thank you, didn’t even look my way. I handed her the requested documents. Not helpful on follow up calls 4 days after starting antibio no improvement. Why put on discharge papers to come back in 1-2 days
This was first time at this establishment from the front to the nurse I was good. I explained that it feels like Im having a sinus infection again. The doctor was ok until she stated that she gave a list Sudafed a ipratropium nasal and Tylenol. I asked about my throat that hursts to swallon or drink anything told me to come back in ten days if nothing changes. Drink smoothies are kinding me a joke. I called to find out if x rays were done at the location and was told yes. After getting to the location and signing up the paper work and waited for two hours only to be told there were no x-ray techs present. I was SUPER DISAPPOINTED, having wasted all that time.They could have simply communicated that earlier.
The nurse practitioner was unprofessional and rude. She hurt my hand/wrist and elbow. She know I was in pain and she was not gentle but harsh with me. I would never let her take care of me again! My mother is a nurse and was very upset with her care of me! Never see this female nurse there. You will regret it! There is a male practitioner there that is awesome! Check before you go there. Not sure diagnosis was correct. Also, no doctor on premises, only a P.A. No nurse, either.
There were no people waiting in front of me and it took 25 minutes to called back. We called the facility before coming and no one answered the phone. When we arrived there were two young ladies working at the front desk.
The doctor was great. However, its been three days and I am still locked out of the portal. I wanted a copy of my test. We called several times to fix the problem. No results. We told them the phone number to enter the portal is wrong, and its still wrong.
I called before going and was assured there was an X-ray tech available to take an X-ray! Get there and pay my copayment see the dr. Was told I needed an X-ray of my chest and guess what, there is NO X-RAY TECH! But I can drive to Riverview to get one! Omg! I was so upset and opted to come back the next day and have it taken! I just called and guess what! No X-ray tech? What kind of after hours facility offers X-ray services but doesn’t have a tech????? Refund my copay ASAP!!!! I had no service done !!! Do not go there!!
