The people there are kind but even with them having my medical history they disnt test for things they should have.
wait time not long was in and out in two hours and that included x-rays
The front desk put my medical information in under a different patients account.
The doctor was nice enough and understanding. The problem was I was prescribed an antibiotic eye drop that when I looked up the reviews was only 10% effective on patients! I ended up having to go to the ophthalmologist because the doctor would not call in another antibiotic and told me it was not a bacterial infection. Doctors should read about the drugs they're prescribing. This one was only 10% effective with patients and caused them the irritation like I had so why are they being prescribed at all? I went in for an earache. Sadly, my ear still hurts.
Doctor was very nice but didn't see that i was going to get worst i had no medication now i am not able to walk or sit without pain during in urgent care at Florida orthopedic
This was a terrible experience. When we arrived I asked how much the visit would be, and was told $131. When we left the clinic I paid the $131. A week later, we received a bill with extra charges stating “removal of impacted Cerumen” they didn’t remove anything!!!!! When I called to inquire, The very rude receptionist said that “they didn’t have to remove anything this was just the code they chose to use”. Doctor and tech were great. But had to call corp. to get x-rays to take to surgeon. still had to go to office of Gandy twice to get them. Receptionist Yoanma could not be bothered with patient needs. But after getting past her service was great and fast.
As you can see by my record i visit frequently. It's convenient & fast. I usually can see Dr.. after work. However your new policy of keeping my credit card on file is unacceptable. I told the receptionist I was not comfortable with this. She made me feel that if I did not comply I could not see the Dr. So I complied. I want my credit card removed. I will not visit again. Its wrong. If there is a balance... BILL me. Do not use my credit card. Not Happy.
