The doctor was great. However, its been three days and I am still locked out of the portal. I wanted a copy of my test. We called several times to fix the problem. No results. We told them the phone number to enter the portal is wrong, and its still wrong.
I called before going and was assured there was an X-ray tech available to take an X-ray! Get there and pay my copayment see the dr. Was told I needed an X-ray of my chest and guess what, there is NO X-RAY TECH! But I can drive to Riverview to get one! Omg! I was so upset and opted to come back the next day and have it taken! I just called and guess what! No X-ray tech? What kind of after hours facility offers X-ray services but doesn’t have a tech????? Refund my copay ASAP!!!! I had no service done !!! Do not go there!! got seen right away....which is nice...i went early just a bit after 9am...by time i got out around 10 waiting room was damn near filled...Treatment was good, staff knowledgeable, friendly and professional
Over a hour wait for an urinalysis? You gotta do better.
They were not familiar with the process of on-boarding with my employer. They asked me for co-pays etc. I was disappointed to say the least.
I made an appt and was treated as a walk in waiting a hour before being called back. Visit with doctor assistant was short and she didn’t listen to all my concerns.
Felt like they didn’t exactly know what they were doing.

Sent across town for an X-ray. Given a boot for my foot but not showed how to use it. Was told after my X-ray to wear it for a couple days if I wanted. What I really wanted was not to pay for a device that costs so much for a couple days. Was told I could purchase meds at the office for 10.00 for anti inflammatory. I find out it’s .77 at Walgreens so I’m glad I didn’t do that. I wasn’t allowed to work with my foot injury and FMLA paperwork would need to be filled out.
