I had severe stomach pain. I had to practically beg to be seen and when I did finally see the doctor she told me that she didn’t have an imaging machine and no magic cocktail to make the pain go away. She told me to take Zantac and that was it. I’m sure I’ll be charged full price for this visit which was completely useless. I will never go here again or recommend this place to anyone.
What I went in for didn’t get fixed.The MA rolled my vein while drawing blood and said it was because of old skin. The radiologist tech tried to bend my legs after I just finished telling her I was having back surgery in two days because of a herniated disc. NO EMPATHY
I am not a person who runs to the doctor for every little illness....in fact, I hadn’t been to s doctor for several years other than well checkups, except for diagnosed influenza A. Received conflicting information regarding a form being filled out regarding a legitimate injury. Will not be coming back.
This place is definitely just in the business for the money. I went for a pre employment weight verification and drug screen. First let me say, both were conducted professionally. However, after I did the weight verification, I was 20 pounds over the max weight. I felt that there was no need to continue with the drug screen as I had missed the weight requirement and that performing the drug screen was a waste of the employer’s money and their time. It was very disappointing that on the day if my appointment there was not an x-ray tech available. I had to drive from the Carrollwood location to Westchase in a terrible rainstorm during rush hour when I was in pain. They said it was 10 minutes away but it took me at least 1/2 hour. When I arrived at Westchase they did work me in right away. The tech (Tim) was VERY nice & efficient. I will think twice before going to the Carrollwood location again because they couldn't perform the entire exam.
Scheduled a 2:30 pm appointment. Was not taken back until 3:45. Service was adequate.
I could not urinate for 2 days and didn’t have symptoms of UTI but PA suggested it and gave medication for it though I couldn’t give urine sample. I was told to wait until the next day but went to ER Bc the pressure was unbearable. It wasn’t a UTI but something much different. I just believe that if an ultrasound was done then they would realize there was so much Urine I needed a catheter and that my bladder could have potentially burst.
Bad customer service. Bad at listening. Played off all my issues as “too soon, too late, or that is regular”. No prescriptions or advice on how to treat. Made me feel stupid. Won’t be returning.
