Made an appointment for 1: 15. There was one person ahead of me. Wasn't put in a room until after 2:00. Receptionist was snotty and more interested in socializing with workmates. PA was excellent- kind and caring. Used this facility many times with no problems. Not sure what has changed. When i was put into a room, i noticed none of the other doors closed. Do you only take one at a time?
To have an urgent care center without the ability take an X-ray seems, at the least, inappropriate. Especially when TGH scheduling referred me there because they could take an X-ray on site.
The care I received back in June was questionable. I went in because I experienced a very back pain in my leg where I could barely walk. I went to Fast Track who made me walk from one side of their facility to the other first to weigh me in and then to the other side to see the doctor. Treated me with medication that was not for my illness. It made me much more sick. Find doctors that know what they are doing or don’t treat patients at all. Very dangerous to do that.

A walk in visit should not take almost 4 hours. It’s should be 2 at most, y’all need more staff working there too.
Reserved my spot at 3:30. I needed a pre- employment drug test. There was one patient in front of me. I didn’t get seen until 4:15. It was slow for a simple drug test. Once I was seen, the staff was awesome. Rating low for the slow wait when I was reserved and it was a quick test that didn’t involve the doctors.
Wait times are terrible. Waited over an hour to be taken back, then another hour and a half to be seen and discharged. Everyone is very nice and that part is good but something needs to be done about the wait times.
The folks at the front desk were very friendly and so was the medical assistant that took my vital signs, the doctor was extremely unfriendly, I would refuse to be seen by her again.
