We have been going to the Fast Track location for many years and have always been very pleased with the level of service, kindness and compassion showed by the staff. Unfortunately, that changed after our daughter was seen by Dr. Cale. Our daughter has special needs, and while that has never been an issue in the past and has been treated with dignity and respect, Dr. Cale showed none of that. Did not have to wait for very long which is always a plus. The nurse was not the most personable person but maybe that's her personality. I have retired from the medical field and I was always nice and tried to make people comfortable. This nurse acted so distant, the doctor and receptionist were good
The wait was over an hour. No one wants to sit somewhere for an hour when they don’t feel well. The PA literally saw me for 2 minutes, although she was sweet.
Staff was very rude front desk, girl who takes vitals, and the female Dr forget it she didn't even bother to check but says over the counter medication should take care of the problem you have , I am not going to write you any medication? Then what is the purpose of me being. Anyway thats my opinion...
Took forever just to have me pee in a cup and send me on my way. Waited over an hour to have two minutes with the provider
I am a retired rn and my wife was very sick with fever thick yellow sputum and severe coughing. We don’t come in unless we feel it’s necessary. We tried to talk to the practitioner but got nowhere. She gave her a neb and cough medicine that’s it. We had to go to our other doctor and he saw how sick she was and she got antibiotics inhaler and prednisone. The room was freezing and there was terrible rock rap music. I know you’re in the business to make money but you didn’t do your job. Won’t be coming back.
Had exray and wasn't even shown
There is no way to make it right. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of my time and insurance money. I ended up having to go to my family doctor to have my son treated. I have great insurance and I am covered at 100%. My son had an injury that I was concerned about. I decided to not go to the ER and wanted to just have an x-ray to ensure nothing further needed to be done. While it clearly seemed petty to the "DR" we saw, it was important to me.
