In and out in no time with diagnosis and prescription called in. Makes me wonder why I need a primary.
Bad customer service. The waiting time doesn’t make sense for a clinic that doesn’t even have much patients.
I have visited other walking clinics and never experienced such an awful service in general. We waited 3hrs and there were less than 4 people waiting . Definitely I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
I paid $120 to push and pull someone hands and PPD test. That’s what was called a physical. Not hardly what I call a physical I feel ripped off
We came in with a hook in my son's finger and no one really seemed concerned. I had to say my son was in a lot of pain before he was brought in back and then it was very slow to get help. Everyone was nice but did not seem qualified to handle the situation. The PA could not get the hook out and didn't quite know how to proceed so we ended up in the ER which removed it quite easily. Everyone was nice but it was more painful than it had to be
I came in for my DOT physical as required for my CDL's. My blood pressure was checked and was a little high so i came back a few days later after I felt more relaxed. This was after my employment called ahead of time and was told it was ok for me to come back in and get retested. I get there and they refused to redue my physical. Had I been told that, i would have never came back that day. What a good way to waste $120 cash !! Never coming back again and wouldnt recommend anyone there.
The nurse practitioner I saw was excellent. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the lady working the front desk. Not only was she not welcoming or inviting, she seemed to not want to be bothered by the patients and their problems. She spent her time looking at her cell phone, barely acknowledging the patience or their medical issues. This woman said maybe 5 words to me throughout my entire visit. I showed up for a drug test and there was nobody waiting. I waited 30 min until I was seen. Nobody in the waiting area but me.
Everyone was friendly and kind...but I didn’t get much resolution...Nd basically have to deal with being sick because I’m pregnant. Instead of properly researching to see if I could take any cough suppressant I was told I basically just have to deal with being sick. So I’m still miserable with no resolution. Thank god I have insurance because I would hate to pay 100 dollars for them to tell me they can’t do anything and I should drink tea with honey. Very disappointed.
