Our company chose to use Fast Track Services as a employee's choice of physicians in case of injury and to issue and clear our employees for a medical certificate, NOT for a DOT. But Fast Track employees did not even know what a medical certificate was! They kept calling it a DOT exam (which it is not). They charged us for a DOT exam and refused to clear our employee for a medical certificate. Doctor and staff were very friendly. I made an appointment on line and then still had to wait 1 and 1 half hours to be seen. I was asked to fill out forms with information that I had already filled out on line. If this information is not used then don't ask me to fill it out on line. People we taken in the order they entered with no appointments taken earlier. If this is your procedure then don't ask me to make an appointment on line.
I recently became sick so I went to visit my primary care physician Monday, and was tested for strep. Was told I did not have strep and it was sinuses/allergies, and was prescribed amoxicillin. In the course of 24 hours I started experiencing new symptoms and ultimately started feeling worse. I had hoped to get an injection. I was given a knee sleeve and a prescription that the insurance company would not approve. When I called to get a substitute, I almost didn't get it until I called back right before closing.
You did fine but we weren't treated because the doctor said we needed a ct scan but you don't have that machine.
went in sick,,came out well.
Went in for pre-employment drug screening. Walked in and info was taken immediately. No issues. In and out within a few minutes.
Felt pressure to sign and agree to auto debts to my account. Not happy about that. Advised I was a veteran and sent by VA and should not be charged due to Mission law. Totally ignored
