The front staff was very rude and I was very unhappy with my experience from that stand point. The doctors on the other hand were great and treated me with utmost respect! So thank you doctors for that. Other than that, I would not recommend this facility due to your front end staff.
The staff was friendly and heloful. The provider was kniwejdgable and caring. The reasin for only four starts us that the system is very inefficient. After completing paperwork on line to schedule the appt. you have to completr the exact same forms in th ev office. This is a tremendous waste of time.
Very poor in experience.I advise Medical staff of my issue she insisted that it was something else. I told her from past experience that I was sure. She gave me a medication that I did not need.She had me do a culture and then told me that I would receive a phone call once the results came back.If it wasn’t for me getting text messages from the pharmacy I would have never known that they called in the original medication that I needed.Never got a follow-up call from that office.
I am so upset, angry and in unbelief due to the way I was treated at this facility. The staff, nurses and doctors treated me like a was a drug addict and it left me feeling discriminated against because I am Latina for how they handled my medical emergency. They only seemed interesting in proving their misguided theory that I was under the influence, rather than treating the sick patient in front of them. Front desk & tech were very nice. Not impressed with Amber. I found her to be slightly rude. I will not go back if she’s there.
I had a 3:00 appt did not get in until 4:15 causing me to be late for my 5:00 business meeting which I repeatedly told them about. Office was very disorganized & inefficient.
I wished you all was my primary Dr I told them my body was hurting me so badly but still hurts but my neck is the worst I will come back for my body to get treated thank you very much TGH Urgent Care
We have been going to the Fast Track location for many years and have always been very pleased with the level of service, kindness and compassion showed by the staff. Unfortunately, that changed after our daughter was seen by Dr. Cale. Our daughter has special needs, and while that has never been an issue in the past and has been treated with dignity and respect, Dr. Cale showed none of that. Did not have to wait for very long which is always a plus. The nurse was not the most personable person but maybe that's her personality. I have retired from the medical field and I was always nice and tried to make people comfortable. This nurse acted so distant, the doctor and receptionist were good
