Was seen in a timely manner. Taken care of by a professional nurse and PA. Friendly & helpful.
I came to Fast Track for stitches (on my knuckle from a fall) and a tetanus shot. When my orthopedist removed the stitches on my knuckle seven days later, the skin split. The doctor said that the cut had not been stitched deeply enough. He applied steri strips and said that I would have to wear the splint (wrapped with gauze under and over the splint) for at least two more weeks--maybe longer. I am very sorry that the cut was not properly sutured.
The doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable. She explained the different medications that could be used for my problem but explained why she recommended one.
From the time you walk in the front door, you are greeted with smiling faces and a warm welcome. The staff was quick, effecient, and great with my daughter. I would highly recommend them!
