I made reservations for my son to have a flu shot. We got there on time and I noticed several patients being seen before him that came in after him. I asked the receptionist at least three times where he was on the list to be seen and her reply was always “he is next” which was not the case. We waited over 2 hours and come to find out the receptionist had never put him in the scheduler as having a reservation
Oh man. Where should i start? Lets say very long wait time for an urgent care and additionally bad service. I will not go back there.
c/o productive cough with green mucus, swollen glands and sore throat. Was told no rx because strep test was negative and simply pharyngitis. Two days later I’m short of breath and no relief of symptoms. Unfortunately, I now have to pay for another Dr visit because I don’t feel Fast Track actually listened to my complaints or took them seriously. Although she was nice, she may want to actually start taking patient complaints seriously
Riverview office is the worse. Checked in and was told wait was 30 - 60 minutes, after an hour and half asked front desk how much longer and was told they would be calling me soon, after another half hour and watching 2 other people who came in an hour after I was checked in I walked out and went to another clinic. Luckily I did as my asthma was at the point of where I needed multiple treatments and a shot of prednisone. I sat in the waiting room for about 2.5 hours and there weren't that many people there. The entire process was just very slow. I won't go back.
The nurse didn't swab my daughter's throat currently which resulted in a false negative. I knew as soon as she was done that the results were going to be wrong. My daughter gets strep at least once a year. I informed the nurse practitioner that my daughter symptoms are the same when she has strep. I was also hoping that the practitioner would see the white spots I saw while at home to confirm the test. Efficient service, but terrible follow up. I had to go to another facility for an x-ray and then the technician was out to lunch until 3:25 p.m. I got there around 2:35 p.m. Then, when I tried the portal to get the results, they were not there. The APRN tried to call me last night to follow up on the results of the x-ray, but I was out until about 8:30 p.m. and missed the call. I was treated for the flu even though I repeated told the doctor I had a sinus infection. I had to go to another doctor to get the medicine I needed. I will not visit this location again.
Care was great, but waiting over two hours was not what I expected when i made an appointment for a Thursday afternoon 3:30 appointment and arrived at at 3:20.
