Doctors seem confident in treating colds and flu only.
I went in because I couldn’t hear out of my right ear. The PA saw me and said my ear canal was swollen, ordered an antibiotic. I asked if she thought it was wax build up because I had it before. She said no it was just swollen. I went to my MD and my ear was impacted with wax. Also I used the restroom and there were ants all over and the bathroom was so dirty. I will never return to the clinic.
I get you have policies and they probably make sense but the moral of the story is that I left not feeling any better. But suffering can be good.
Seen almost immediately. Diagnosis given. Medication ordered. Left clinic.
Not a professional doctor
The nurses and healthcare practitioners that I met at the clinic were wonderful incredibly helpful and answered every question I had but, the prescription that they made out for me took over 24 hours to get to the pharmacy, and then was sent to the wrong Pharmacy. It took us quite a while to find it. I was not happy at all. As I was quite sick.
A waste of time and money. They couldn't put my daughter's dislocated finger back in place after trying and said the were not experienced with that. So they sent us to the TGH emergency room to do more x-rays since they messed with the finger and hospital was shocked they didn't give her pain meds before trying to put finger back in place. Will not be going back.
I went in with pain in my Ear, they did not even look in my throat or nose and did not even listen to my heartbeat. She only gave me some ear drops and I’m still sick and need to go to a doctor.
I used to go to Fast Track all the time for both myself and son as the perfect, quick urgent care center. I’m not sure if it was just different daily staff or staff put in by TGH since the acquisition but they definitely did not portray the experience provided previously.
