I went in with pain in my Ear, they did not even look in my throat or nose and did not even listen to my heartbeat. She only gave me some ear drops and I’m still sick and need to go to a doctor.
I used to go to Fast Track all the time for both myself and son as the perfect, quick urgent care center. I’m not sure if it was just different daily staff or staff put in by TGH since the acquisition but they definitely did not portray the experience provided previously. The medical assistant that took us back to get Vidal s was not patient friendly
Too expensive. 135 dollars for 5 minutes visit plus test plus medication. I spent 200 dollars in a sick visit.
Was extremely displeased with the disposition and approach of the Dr that cared for us. Prescription order also took a full 12+ hours to get called into the pharmacy.
First we made an appt online and when we arrived they had no record of it and the person at the desk said “oh yeah that never works”. After waiting and hour and a half with a sick 2 year old. The doctor was brisk and condescending. He informed us that she had a “common cold” and there was nothing he could do. He was barely in the room 5 minutes. We ended up taking her somewhere else the next day where she was diagnosed with strep throat. Our visit was a total waste of time and a copay.
I waited over an hour just to be taken to the back. This would be understandable if it were busy, but it was a Sunday afternoon and there was only ONE person in front of me. That didn’t stop the receptionist and the on hand physician from cracking jokes, laughing, and having a good time... while I sat there waiting! Didn't like having to fill out all new paperwork after having been to your clinic before. What happened to my previous records? Person who examined me this time was very standoffish from the moment he walked in, and demeanor was like, "what was I doing there". Well, if he'd bother to read one of the many papers I filled out again, he would have seen the symptoms I'd checked off and the reason I was there.
