I really liked the Doctor. She was professional, gave good advice, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the medication plan for my allergic reaction. What I didn’t like was the girl at the receptionist desk. I called ahead to make sure they were open, as the day I had the allergy attack was Christmas Eve. They didn’t help my husband, they missed fluid in his lungs which caused a lung collapse. He’s still hospitalized and very ill. Michelle Hinson didn’t help him at all.
I had a horrible experience... Never coming back and NEVER recommending it to anyone. No one in there seemed to know what customer service is, very sad.
I made an urgent care appt for noon today. It is 1.10 PM. Still waiting to see doctor. Very disappointed wit Fast Track
I have one suggestion to split the waiting area for the sick and the well. I came in because I was sick but I noticed some people were not. There were a lot of sick people there yesterday especially kids who were all over the place and touching everything especially the water fountain.
Waited 3 hours to see the PA. At 11am they were just taking their 9:45 appointment. I’ve typically had fantastic experiences at this facility, but waiting 3 hours is unreal and extremely disappointing when you’re sick and don’t feel well.
Music is too loud in the lobby when you're in pain and looking for medical treatment it is not soothing music At all I thought they were having a party. I could not even hardly think to fill out the forms I was in pain the music was blasting it made me want to leave. Parking at that location sucks you all need to have specific parking spaces I had to hobble from all the way down the street because of all the traffic at Armature works.
The practitioner that saw me came in wanting to do what she felt was necessary without listening to my entire story. I felt like she did not diagnose my conjunctivitis right I don’t have it I have a uveitis and she didn’t give me antibiotics for long enough since what she gave me is only 10 days and 14 days three weeks ago didn’t work. Most upsetting with that She had her set procedure for what she planned to do and did not listen to me at all. The wait time was over 3 hours, the girls behind the desk was so rude and acted like you are Inconveniencing them! Never,never would I return
