I have always had a good experience at the original Fast Track Urgent Care. This visit was a huge deviation from prior experience. First of all I went to the Westchase location for a suspected broken foot. This was disclosed immediately. Was told the wait would be 30 minutes. An hour later was told they were short staffed and the PA was taking a lunch break. Had an appointment and had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen
Terrible experience. Awful customer service, terrible bedside manner. All we went in for was a covid test, and once we got back home they called saying we had to come straight back but didn't say why, and when I called they said they would call right back and didn't until the following morning. They messed up the test - no surprise - they stopped my daughter after we'd waited an hour and a half in the corridor, performed the test right there. Absolutely appalling. Wait was to long, and never received my confirmation of results as couldn’t get onto portal. Wait time on the phone took to long
I called the day prior to going into the office to verify what what’s needed for the app and Fast Track Urgent Care protocol. I was on hold approximately two hours, only to be hung up on. When I presented in the office the following day, I presented the following day for Lab testing, I waited for two hours. The rear office MA was rude. I gave my phone number to the front office, the rear office MA stated she didn’t have the number and refused testing until I gave her a phone number. Your facility did not tested me for covid, I was covid positive, admitted to hospital 2 days discharged, admitted again a day later spent 8 more days in acute respiratory failure COVID-19.i feel I was misdiagnosed even tho my symptoms were valid. Never again will I use your facilities.
Made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour while walk in patients went ahead of me. I wasn't seen until had to go up to the desk to see how much longer wait would be. Only saw the doctor a total of 10 mins.
Even with an appointment patients can wait over an hour. AND I had an appointment on one day and was told to come in the next day to have a covid test. They said they would get me in and out quick....they did not. THEN, the PA said that there was no need to test me for covid and based on my symptoms they would advise me to continue to quarantine... HOWEVER....they surely CHARGED ME for TWO appointments!!! When you try to contact someone for billing... the wait time is CRAZY as well. Presently on hold for 23 minutes and count... read more
