It took me over 3 1/2 hours wait time for an reserved 9:45 test. I arrived at 9:35 for my 9:45 reservation time and was never told the wait would be that long. I did not get the test until around 1:20ish.
I came in with to problems and was given bad advice on both of these item. I had pain and swelling in my arm from a intravenous needle that was place in my hand for surgery. Two days later my arm swollen. I went to Fast Track Urgent Care first the nurse practitioner had said to put a ice pack on it, which was totally wrong when I went to get a ultrasound from a referral at my hematology clinic. It took 2:30 minutes to treat me
1 - when attempting to set the password on the portal, the system would not take what I was submitting though gave no message indicating why (perhaps I used a special character which is not accepted) 2 - the COVID paperwork completed prior to seeing the Dr, is confusing and can be read to understand the blood test provides an indication of active infection. Beautiful, clean office with respectful, knowledgeable and kind employees!
Was exposed to a covid positive person. Was showing symptoms and the PA says.. "you're fine, you just have a cold" and I have an autoimmune. I asked to still be tested and she was VERY rude the entire appointment. Found out I was positive for covid. She offered no help whatsoever. I would never return here.
PA was hesitant to prescribe antibiotics for a 3 week old sinus infection. Did not listen to patient and previous experiences. Prescribed clarithromycin 250 mg instead of 500 mg. That is like drinking water. Very disappointed.
I had a 10:00 apt and was not seen until 11a. Physician was very nice.
I had been in contact with a confirmed covid case and was denied a covid test. I am over 65 with underlying conditions. I was told that I was ok as it was 9 days since the contact. I was told that the new CDC guidelines were a 10 day quarantine but when I checked online, the quarantine after contact is still 14 days. So I may have been asymptomatic, sent home and potentially infected other people because I was denied a test
