The wait was somewhat long. They called my house phone to tell me to come back in and get my results. I had given the nurse my cell phone number. She questioned why I hadn't answered. She didn't call my cell phone. That is why
To start I'd like to say the staff are friendly and efficient I was in for a fever and cough and sore throat. Diagnosis was inconclusive but took a covid test to be safe. I have now waited for over an hour on the phone with customer service. This is easily the longest I've waited without at least someone picking up the phone in any industry. The location in Brandon was dirty. There were empty hand sanitizer on the table. I went to the reception desk and let them know that it was empty they acted like I was bothering them they didn’t bother to fillet they just said use theirs behind the counter very unprofessional. I came to get a Covid test. Looked online for places that do rapid testing. The website says skip the line make an appointment. So I made the earliest appointment available which was 3:30 pm. I got there a little before 3 to fill out paperwork and hopefully get in a little early. It is now 5:06 pm and I still haven’t been tested. I am still sitting in the room, waiting. Body shaking, body aching, pounding headache. And still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.
My two daughters and I were scheduled in the last three appointments for a Covid test. The woman at check in just laid our paperwork down and forgot about us. In the meantime they took two walk ins. I finally asked and she played dumb. Shortly after we were called back and given the test. I realized that they had my one daughters incorrect birthday on the specimen label to send to lab corp. Lack of competence when it comes to trans health
Florida Ortho put in an order for me to do a recheck Urine Analysis, the day I was to the Preop Covid at the TGH Urgent Care. The previous UA was + for Bacteria. I was told by the Urgent Care "We don't do urine analysis here". I told them that Dr Bernasek's office put in an order for it. I used to be a Medical Director of an Urgent Care in Lutz.
