The 2nd girl that worked the front desk during our visit was very rude . When I walked up she did not speak or greet me in anyway . She just looked at me until I spoke to her and then gave me a dirty look , cocked her head to the side and just said “name”. Your front desk workers are your patients first point of contact and should be trained to greet people in an appropriate , friendly and professional manner . The doctors and nurses in the back were great and very friendly and efficient.
Made a reservation online. Tried to call to find out if we had to wait in the waiting room for covid testing. Waited on the telephone for 1hr and 30 min. and still waiting. Would like to cancel. I will not recommend them for Covid testing.
The doctors told me nothing other than that I was sick. Only gave me sample packs and sent me on my way
I had to wait for two and half hours before being seen. The people in the waiting room all where very angry for the wait, please hire more staff.
Front Desk was horrible service. Very disrespectful employees. Waiting was around 1 hr after mi appt time. Never received my second Covid results. I called them but nothing. Conclusion....don't go there!!!!

I have been on the phone for over 2 hours waiting for my COVID results. I called back 5 minutes after I missed their call. How is this efficient?
They lost my COVID-19 test and had to cancel my TRIP!!!!! Was supposed to get my results within 72 hours had it done on 11-9-2020 to be on the safe side and they screw up BIG time very Dissatisfied.
The doctor was rushed, kept asking me if I had a sore throat. I felt as if he wanted to perform a Covid test. He brushed my symptoms off, didn’t even know what my blood pressure was. Referred me to my primary physician and said it was anxiety. Did not give me any information on what to do for the anxiety. I have had great care before but not this time.
