For me to get the COVID test I waited over 3 hours. There where employees arguing and it was very unprofessional.
The nurse practitioner Doris Scruggs was rude and unprofessional
I would NEVER recommend going to this location or place of business ever again if you are sick or if you need any testing especially testing!!!! They will LOOSE your test. My mother and I were looking to getaway due to stressful times. The front desk staff was very annoyed and because we were asking a bunch of questions in regards to the cost of the Covid Test and payments. Everyone was great. Matthew was very professional and took his time with me explaining my symptoms Prescribed me the right medicine which in 2 days after starting them I felt much better. I would recommend this location thank you!
I’m sure the facility is fine for urgent care. However my husband and I made back to back appointments for a coronavirus virus test to be sure we were negative for family reasons... one being, my son just had a baby and we didn’t want to take a chance of affecting his family or the baby. We made an appointment which doesn’t make any difference from what the office staff said. If I had known that beforehand I would not have waited 24 hours for the first-available time. After arriving for said appointment I then waited an hour in a waiting room that obviously did not require masks. The doctor was very kind but she didn’t actually fix my reason for being there. Long wait and then told no X-ray available there. Had to go to another clinic. That one had crowded small waiting room and someone came in waiting area reporting fever and fear of COVID. Positive side was good X-ray tech. No word on results from nurse practitioner until I called several hours later. After two holds of 30 minutes (cut off first time) phone answered Told no fFX if not better in 1-2 months follow up with podiatry. Came in for symptoms not related to covid, after the covid test was done, there was no interest fir my other sympoms, no diagnosis or any instruction for my previousstate. And im still feeling sick. Smh i wont return
