The receptionists are cold and rude from the minute you step in the door. I waited 45-50 minutes after check in to be called in by the nurse, and there were only two other people in the waiting room so not really sure why the wait was so long. The medical staff was all very nice and pleasant, but the receptionists clearly hate their jobs. And the wait time is annoying.
Did not received test results: Missed travel plans due to inefficiency of the facility and poor communication. Collection date was Monday and it is now Friday as of the time of this review and have yet to receive the results - I was advised that at worst it would take 3days. Clearly that a lie. I lost the moneys paid for this testing. It’s absurd. I should be refunded for wasting my time and money. Scheduled for 2:30pm and it took 2.5 hrs for a 15 second job (CoVid testing). They had me waiting in the room for over 1.15hr... read more
For me to get the COVID test I waited over 3 hours. There where employees arguing and it was very unprofessional.
The nurse practitioner Doris Scruggs was rude and unprofessional
I would NEVER recommend going to this location or place of business ever again if you are sick or if you need any testing especially testing!!!! They will LOOSE your test. My mother and I were looking to getaway due to stressful times. The front desk staff was very annoyed and because we were asking a bunch of questions in regards to the cost of the Covid Test and payments. Everyone was great. Matthew was very professional and took his time with me explaining my symptoms Prescribed me the right medicine which in 2 days after starting them I felt much better. I would recommend this location thank you!
I’m sure the facility is fine for urgent care. However my husband and I made back to back appointments for a coronavirus virus test to be sure we were negative for family reasons... one being, my son just had a baby and we didn’t want to take a chance of affecting his family or the baby. After waiting for over a half an hour, we were called in and after asking us the typical COVID questions, we were denied a test. We made an appointment which doesn’t make any difference from what the office staff said. If I had known that beforehand I would not have waited 24 hours for the first-available time. After arriving for said appointment I then waited an hour in a waiting room that obviously did not require masks. The doctor was very kind but she didn’t actually fix my reason for being there.
