Obscenely ridiculous wait times what's the point in having an appointment if you don't get take until almost 2 hours later. This is supposed to be Urgent Care I don't think so. Provider nice, receptionist eh, if I had some place else to go I would have.
The exam consisted of a bit of pressure in two spots on my back and two on stomach. Meds did nothing
My procedure was almost canceled because your anesthesiologist did not check into my history before the surgery. My procedure was delayed several hours causing me anxiety. My records are in your data base. They should check into every patient before hand. Not hours before the surgery.
53 minutes on hold to find out the lab may not run tests on Sunday so my Covid results may not be in until Tuesday. My test was Saturday. You should tell patients that it might be three days instead of 48 hours if the 48 hours consists of a Sunday involved.
I went to do a covid test and they didn't want to test me.
Quick service and very professional.
In the midst of COVID 19 and flu season I watched the ARNP and CNA going in and out of several rooms and not wash their hands, I also didn’t see them sanitize any of the equipment, or use hand sanitizer. I will never go back there again.
I made an appointment online due to having a bad sinus infection and was seen by Matt, Nurse Practitioner who decided all I needed to do was take over the counter medication even though the sinus infection was already bad, he said it wasn't and couldn't give me antibiotics. A couple of days later, I was able to see allergist, Dr. Powell at Florida ENT and Allergy who did diagnose they indeed the sinus infection was bad and prescribed 2 antibiotics. A surgery that was for 1 was changed to 4 then 5 ended at 6. When I was being discharged I was told by the nurse that had forgotten to give me my regular medications including my insulin. After surgery the rest of my sugar was never checked. I needed for the pain to be taken away from me and I ended up doing it myself because I was in pain waiting.
