I made an appointment online due to having a bad sinus infection and was seen by Matt, Nurse Practitioner who decided all I needed to do was take over the counter medication even though the sinus infection was already bad, he said it wasn't and couldn't give me antibiotics. A couple of days later, I was able to see allergist, Dr. Powell at Florida ENT and Allergy who did diagnose they indeed the sinus infection was bad and prescribed 2 antibiotics. A surgery that was for 1 was changed to 4 then 5 ended at 6. When I was being discharged I was told by the nurse that had forgotten to give me my regular medications including my insulin. After surgery the rest of my sugar was never checked. I needed for the pain to be taken away from me and I ended up doing it myself because I was in pain waiting. I waited on hold on the phone for 44 minutes with no answer prior to my visit. I couldn’t get information from the receptionist about whether I should test for COVID. She was not kind. The Nurse Practioner conveyed an air of being on an ego trip. The tech was kind which I appreciated.
Number one they weren't taking any temperatures with covid. I very uncomfortable with a room full of sick people waiting to take a pre-employment training. Should have had everybody waiting in their cars.... distancing. Employee was new and admitted he didn't know what he was doing. He poured the urine sample down the sink which was gross. The room was filthy unacceptable.
i fractured my arm. the wrap was too tight. my hand became swollen & purple. i had to return the next day for a re-wrap. i understand that can happen but i feel like the circulation should have been checked. my biggest complaint is your "referral" process - which honestly there isn't one. the poor girl that has that job has a mailbox that is so full you can't leave a message. i called multiple days every fifteen minutes & could never get through until five days after my visit.

They only gave me a covid and flu test, then since it was negative they sent me on my way saying I should go to the hospital. They did not treat me in anyway, even when I told them I was running a high temp before I took tylenol prior to coming there. They gave me no antibiotics no prescriptions no blood draw nothing.
I went there to get a rapid Covid test. I was told to wait 20 min in my car after the test for the results. I waited 45 min. then decided to leave, figuring they would call me soon with the results. It took them 3 days to get the results to me. I called a few times only to be told that the doctor had to review the results before they could give them to me. I don't think I should have been charged the extra price for a rapid test.
I followed up with an orthopedic, and my injury was more serious than the diagnosis. I am getting surgery to fix the problem.
