I was shocked to see people in line for Covid and not a drive thru style. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour or more, only sanitizing pens and Clío boards, never the waiting room sitting area. I didn’t feel safe
The fact that you cannot call a specific urgent care is unacceptable. They make you call a general call center which was nearly impossible to reach. Was on hold for hours today trying to 1) ask a question, 2) get in touch with the doctors office I just went to. I couldn't contact the office I just went to. They would not give me the number, would not transfer me and would not call for me. 3 hr wait with appointment. Staff polite but management left them understaffed. Your upper management sucks
My wife scheduled an appointment for a COVID test 4 days ago. Made the appointment for 9 am (the first appointment of the day) we showed up 15 min early and waited 45 minutes with no one being called back. I approached the reception and was told there was only one nurse on site and that I would have to wait. I found her to be very rude. We schedule appointments so we can get back to work. The lobby was full with no one being called!! I don’t recommend this place!!
Made an appointment for COVID-19 test, have cold like symptoms, traveling in 72 hours, fit all the criteria, yet were told we did not qualify for testing (Tyrone ) so I guess the np is god and can tell just by looking at you! After going to a different urgent care with no diagnosis, the doctor at this location was able to diagnose a rare infection, treat it, and provided me with an ENT follow up appointment. I won’t go to any other urgent care facility and have told my family and friends this needs to be their first choice for urgent care needs.
After arriving early for my 8:30 PCR COVID-19 test appointment, the doors were unlocked by Michael. He began to set up the front desk and gave me paperwork to complete. I waited until another staff member came out to take my paperwork. She worked in the referral section, but due to some confusion, the opening person went to another facility. Seems to always be a long wait. It's confusing because there is rarely anyone in lobby. The fellow that took me back said they were "swamped", however, I was the first one there and waited 40 minutes.....How were you "swamped"? My second visit was worse. I waited outside for office to open. Door was not unlocked until almost 10 minutes after the opening time posted on the door. Again, I waited and waited.
