The staff was friendly. As a cancer patient I would not have gone there if I had realize it was a main Covid testing site. Came in for urine infection. 2nd. My Care provider. He did not wash hands before he started exam me. Nor did he put on gloves. My fault i did not speak up and ask him to do so. Will never go back. Their online test result portal is not organized or user friendly.
Terrible! Staff is nice but not covid safe! Every Dr’s lappt I’ve been too since covid started was just like this, you call them when you arrive, they then text you to come in when they have a room available. Terrible PPE. This was a covid testing environment and PPE was lacking! Masks were the only requirement which is a joke! People were in the waiting hacking and coughing and I did not feel safe! Do not go there unless they change their PPE standards!
The initial exam was great and explained to the fullest and was looking forward to follow up therapy. The follow up call was lack luster as the employee was rude and didn’t care about making arrangements to assist with my schedule. She was quick to just say that’s all and told me to pick up my paperwork at any location. Due to her attitude I will not use TGHUC in the future and will not recommend to others based on this level of service.
Results are provide it over the phone and in paper to the office. Will be awesome if was posted in a patient portal or something like that.
Absolutely horrible, dont even want to give it one star. Two weeks ago went for covid testing for my daughter. Was told I would have the results in 2 to 5 days. Called then on the 3rd day to follow up and was told the results would be in the next day. Great, so I called the very next day and there was nothing. Been calling every day since and each time on hold for over an hour and NO ONE would answer the phone..shocking. Scheduled an online appointment For a sports physical and showed up 15 minutes early. Wasn’t seen for two hours past my appointment time. After being seen and leaving I realize they filled out a school physical not a sports physical. As they were already closed I went back the next day and requested they filled out the correct form. They made me wait another hour and then told me that I would have to be seen again and pay another fee even though it was their mistake! Complete waste of time and money. Will never return.
Sent to 2 different locations for care. Website states incorrect information about x-rays. Made my appointment for me at at tier 3 specialist. Filed a complaint. It was never dealt with. I will never use this urgent care again.
Total waste of my time. PA talk me out of getting the Covid test because I had felt bad for over 7 days. I just wanted to eliminate maybe one of the reasons I was feeling flu-ish for such a long time. I’m 62 and the last thing I wanted to do is make my grandchildren sick
