Sent to 2 different locations for care. Website states incorrect information about x-rays. Made my appointment for me at at tier 3 specialist. Filed a complaint. It was never dealt with. I will never use this urgent care again.
Total waste of my time. PA talk me out of getting the Covid test because I had felt bad for over 7 days. I just wanted to eliminate maybe one of the reasons I was feeling flu-ish for such a long time. I’m 62 and the last thing I wanted to do is make my grandchildren sick
Front staff were inefficient and slow. Medical care Providers were nice.
From my point of view, the wait was to long to get in ,two half hours .
Once signed in and paperwork complete, saw 2 people. Technician took vitals and APRN Craig discussed symptoms. Received RX - sent to pharmacy-- which relieved my ongoing nausea/vomiting situation. Feeling much better All handled skillfully --very satisfied

First of all your name is a misnomer. My experience was not fast when having made an appointment for 10 AM and waiting for over an hour to be seen. Your waiting room is a petri dish of covid patients with me, a non covid customer. There was six foot separation here but no sanitation of the chairs with over capacity seating. Someone gets up, someone sits down, no cleaning what so ever. I returned home and showered immediately leaving my clothes outdoors as i felt contaminated.
