Absolute worst service ever. Left waiting over an hr inside the room for testing. The staff forgot they had a patient waiting. Sample was collected and advised that it will take a of Max 3 days until results (Covid) are received. It now has been 11 days and no one has contacted me. I had called a reported the issue but no one has yet to reach out. CoVid testing was needed for traveling purposes. I had to wait about 3 hours before I was seen. I sat in the chair for that long and no one ever asked me if I needed anything or how long I had been there I finally had to say that I had been there since around 11:30. When I got in the nurse practitioner did apologize.
Worse to cancel an appt, have to call so many times and wait forever and then talk to a rude staff
Fui a hacerme la prueba del corona virus y me dio positivo y a los 3 días no habían puesto las medicinas en la farmacia . Según la clínica la enfermera no hizo su trabajo.
they knew the reason for my visit was a covid=19 test. It took over 2 1/2 hours before it was taken. Will never use the service again
Had a 2:15 appointment, waited over an hour to be seen, based on the amount of patients I saw, it didn’t seem that busy
I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the people are very nice. I’m not giving 5 stars because for one there is people with COVID lounging around the waiting area and nobody is informing people there for other reasons of this risk. Not sure why they’re allowing people in and around other people to get tested or treatment for COVID. This is a high risk facility. I would not recommend going there unless you already have COVID. The receptionists are cold and rude from the minute you step in the door. I waited 45-50 minutes after check in to be called in by the nurse, and there were only two other people in the waiting room so not really sure why the wait was so long. The medical staff was all very nice and pleasant, but the receptionists clearly hate their jobs. And the wait time is annoying.
Did not received test results: Missed travel plans due to inefficiency of the facility and poor communication. Collection date was Monday and it is now Friday as of the time of this review and have yet to receive the results - I was advised that at worst it would take 3days. Clearly that a lie. I lost the moneys paid for this testing. It’s absurd. I should be refunded for wasting my time and money. Scheduled for 2:30pm and it took 2.5 hrs for a 15 second job (CoVid testing).
