They read my lab results right by the waiting area and did not provide me a private room. I thought this was EXTREMELY unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I came in with Covid symptoms. But they can also be cold symptoms I know this. I was denied a rapid Covid AND DENIED TREATMENT BUT STILL CHARGED FULL AMOUNT! I want a refund if my copay of fifty dollars!!!!!!! I am an np and know you can treat symptoms. I needed Tessalon/ inhaler and zofran. Your provider was RUDE AND ACTED LIJE A DICK!

I was told by the exit nurse who came into the room with all the doctors not the usual nurse helping me , that my prescriptions would be sent to my room upon being exiting out ... Let’s just say that didn’t happen & I’m sitting in this waiting with my husband waiting outside because my prescriptions are not done ✅ ... I’m sitting waiting with pain :(
I had an appointment at five and I didn’t get out until 8 o’clock because the staff was not full! They had one nurse practitioner in there and that was it! Why Is that OK?
I made an appointment for 5:15pm and was not seen until 6:30pm. Not sure the point of making an appointment if everyone else goes before you? I was seen by the NP for approximately 90 seconds, and the staff barely took any information from me at all. They wrote notes on the back of a piece of paper and quickly moved on. No patient care at all.
Staff on site was friendly and helpful, however it's been all downhill from here. Got a COVID test and was told (in writing and in person) that results would be delivered in 2-3 days, it has been 5 days with nothing. Mother got tested with me and already received results within specified timeframe. I have yet to receive any results, and any time I call I'm on hold. Unprofessional the test was in accurate was retested immediately and had full blood work drawn with negative results across-the-board I’ve had the test several times and I knew it wasn’t done correctly.
Do not call! 1.5 hour wait and disconnect at the end. Treatment prescribed is not helping but very expansive $ 230 upfront+ medications $ 50 which are not help!
