I would like info on how to sign up to view my visit reports electronically. I have downloaded the Healow app but need a code to activate the account. I’ve been unable to reach anyone in the office. Please help.
We had an appt for COVID testing. Although my husband and I both had appts we waited. He waited more than I . Staff at the front desk was polite, but training someone, so not real attentive. (I worked as a manager at a medical facility for 37 years.) After being seen was told to go upfront to ck out, no one attending at the side window and lots of pts. In line in the waiting room, so I interrupted the training and was told I could leave.
Presented with shortness of breath. Was stunned that a facility that is part of TGH and in the same facility as my PCP is not connected to the TGH database. Had to fill out lengthy paperwork that wasn’t even read by anyone treating me. Waited in lobby for about half hour. After being weighed and blood pressure taken placed in exam room waiting to see doctor. Still couldn’t breathe. There was only one provider there. Despite having an appointment, it took 3 hours to be put in a room. The waiting room, at a place that's testing for covid-19, was full of people making social distancing impossible. This didn't seem very safe. The provider that I saw, after three and a half hours, was professional, helpful, seem very knowledgeable and I would give great ratings.
Covid safe; followed distancing & mask policy. Lots of hand sanitizer available. Administrative staff was courteous and professional. The Dr. was very thorough and knowledgeable.
They read my lab results right by the waiting area and did not provide me a private room. I thought this was EXTREMELY unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I came in with Covid symptoms. But they can also be cold symptoms I know this. I was denied a rapid Covid AND DENIED TREATMENT BUT STILL CHARGED FULL AMOUNT! I want a refund if my copay of fifty dollars!!!!!!! I am an np and know you can treat symptoms. I needed Tessalon/ inhaler and zofran. Your provider was RUDE AND ACTED LIJE A DICK!
