No signage to direct patients with scheduled Covid rapid tests. No information on website telling patient to either wait in their car or go to the front desk. Rude front reception workers. No separation of urgent care patients from patients exposed to Covid. Same waiting area for patients waiting for Covid results as patients waiting for other reasons. Overall a highly negative experience making me decide to never go to that urgent care for any reason in the future.
Came in because of shortness of breath. Had 6:15 appt. called back at about 6:45. Got lectured by nurse on why I should be seeing my primary dr. Rather than Urgent Care. Then said Dr. would be in shortly. At 7:30 I got up and left. Will never use them again.
Very friendly and professional service in a timely manor.
I normally really like this urgent care but the device this time was not good. I did go in close to closing. The wait time was very good but it definitely seemed like everyone was ready to leave. It felt that the provider disregarded what I was saying and was just trying to get me to leave. Really is making me think twice about going again.
My son was diagnosed with a broken bone, but when I took him to a hand specialist within the next 3 days, first they had to retake the X-ray because the one done at Fast Track was blurry and couldn't be read, and then we were told that there are no broken bones and his writst is only very inflamed. We were so happy for the good news that we forgot the 3 days of worries.
I was in on Monday for a knee injury have not heard back from xrays or referral. Tried calling yesterday to find out was on hold 20 minute's and now on the phone been on hold46 minute's. Then they hang me up what terrible customer service. Iris Schaedel 352-322-3503
I had an appointment scheduled for 5:45 pm. I wasn’t seen until 6:50 pm. I also found the Medical Practitioner (Scruggs) to be cold and very curt.
Waited for 1-1/2 hours, got called in for triage, then went back to waiting room due lack of exam room because of a positive COVID test in one of them. After 10 minutes got put in an Exam room. Unfortunately, I sat there for 30 - 40 minutes with no dr. Visit, only to realize that numerous other patients that arrived long after me, were being taken care of before me.
